Sam and Molly are newly in love and have just moved into a new apartment. But one evening, the unimaginable happens: Sam is shot and killed in a robbery. While Molly mourns him, Sam wanders around as a good ghost and discovers that Molly, too, is in danger of losing her life. But as a ghost he can neither be seen by the living nor interfere in what is happening … – In 1990, the film thrilled a whole generation. Since 2011, this musical adaptation is conquering the stages of the world.
